• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  Capture Now, TC Breaks, and Single-Frame Clips

  When I capture now across timecode breaks Final Cut often leaves me with single-frame clips no matter how long the shot runs uninterrupted after the break on the tape. In this particular case, I have tried various capture stations and different capture devices with the same end. Any info on why this is happening and how to avoid it would be great.

  I don’t know this for sure, but in User Prefs try unchecking the “Abort capture on dropped frames.”
