  sending fcp files

  I need to send some titles I have done in Motion then saved in fcp to the Director. I usually save my files as Quicktime for web broadcast but in this situation they are wondering if I can just send the fcp files through the ftp site…I have never done this before, will this work? I assume they will be able to open them in their own fcp to edit.

  They just need to have the same version, or higher, as your version of FCP.
