  Please help exporting .3gp

  Hi folks! I desperately need help! I have a 10 seconds video made in Qcif (176×144 pixels) that I need to export to a 3gp file. I tried different configurations and the quality drops considerable. Looks really horrible and pixelated. Can anyone please! help me resolve this?
  I’ve been doing research online but I can’t find the answer.
