This is supposedly simple but I have an mov from Compressor that I created to put all my different titles and Motion template clips together into one continuous video track.

I intended to simply super the whole thing over a lower track of video clips.

I was hoping that dropping in movie clips into a V1 lower track at appropriately placed spots on the timeline would enable me to simply superimpose the black backgrounded text titles over all the V1 video track by dragging in the exported Title mov to superimpose in the Canavas.

The video tracks below don’t show up as if the upper track is opaque even when the background is completely black for the titles sitting in the upper track. Before Compressing all the tracks of titles they did not have any problem with sitting on top of underlying video tracks.

I have tried different things in the Modify Composite settings but can’t get the video below to show through.

This must be pretty simple but the, so am I.

Make sure top clips have alpha channels

You also need to render timeline to play it
