    Hello,

I use Final cut Express HD and I have about 4 projects saved on my iMac G5. I am currently making a documentary and have captured around 3 hrs of footage. It now won’t let me capture any more because it says my Scratch disk is full. I have tried setting a second location but that didn’t work and I dont want to delete my other projects to make room. If anyone can help me that would be awesome. Thanks.

You’ll need to get a firewire drive to use with FCE.

Transfer you media to the FW drive, then set your scratch disk to the FW drive only.

You should never use the internal HD to capture/master from.
