  FCP audio question

  Hello –

  I think I inadvertently pushed a button that turned off audio in the timeline and viewer — I can still hear the audio when I play the video, but it’s silent now when scrolling or dragging in both the viewer and timeline.

  Any suggestions on how to turn this feature back on? It makes audio editing a lot easier!

  Try this

  View > Audio Scrubbing

  Make sure there is a check mark next to audio scrubbing. I would gather that this is what you are talking about.
