Howdy, I am really new to this so bare with me. I am trying to export a video from FCP to Microsoft PowerPoint. I have exported it as an .avi file and the quality of the video is seriously degraded. I then exported it as a mpeg4 file and it doesn’t even show up. What gives?

Thanks in advance for your help, Jason

You’ll probably need to try and get the original source footage.
most ppt uses smaller file size 400 pixels or 320pixel-which is half the size as DV video. That’s why it’s looking bad. It’s not going to matter how you export it if the file size is too small.
A lot of editor like ‘Flip for Mac’ to translate files to Quicktime, but if it’s small-same problem.

    Good Luck,
