  • Synced audio becomes massively unsynced in Final Cut Pro 7 when pasting

    Hey guys!

So I used Plural Eyes to sync up my video from Canon 60d with my external audio (recorded on a zoom h5) and it worked great. It put a synced sequence of all the footage together and exported it to Final Cut Pro 7 no problem. But now, if I try to move the footage from the timeline in any way, either to the project file list or to the timeline of another project (I created a new project to make editing easier), it becomes MASSIVELY unsynced, i.e., the sound doesn’t even resemble where it’s supposed to be. Any idea what’s causing this problem? Thanks!

also check that the sequence you are pasting to has the correct settings
(same as clips and synced sequence)
