  sony raw viewer can’t export prores from f55 raw files

  Dear all,

  We are trying to export our daylies shot in raw with f55 to Prores. Our problem is that sony Raw viewer doesn’t export to prores (it does to mxf), stopped by unknown error at 0%.

  We have already used this camera with the same software and pc and we have never had a problem, even exporting prores directly from the RAW file.
  We tried from an other computer and it convert in prores!! So it’s this computer problem, and want to solve it. Of course we tried to unistall and install again this software.
  Someone has some ideas?
