The audio slowly drifts out of sync. Additionally the file lengths changes length after importing into FCP. Any solutions? Thank you.

I am using 24p sequences as well as 24P WAVE audio. The original media including pro res 422 hq is 24P

Are you importing them back into the same session, or did you start a new one? – I have done both, still no difference . Both sequences , 24p, 48 htz, 24 bit

I have transferred all to AIFF – FCP does not recommend mp3 – AIFF no difference in file length

Is there a way to ‘audio lock’ your source footage before bringing into FCP? This used to be an issue with DV vs. DVCAM formats.
