FCP 7 no audio levels on any of project
Hi, I just loaded up a project I had been working on for several months (a 1 hour documenter) and when I play I get on audio and there are no audio levels in the meters. Its like someone set the levels to -inf on everything. Help!

Have all the levels actually changed to -inf? I’ve never seen that. BuT, you can get them all back to a level you want. Set the first clip’S audio to the level you want, copy it, then select the remaining clips and paste (audio) attributes.

well… did they?
as John asks: are the levels on -inf???this is most likely something to do with your output settings
or: have all the audio tracks turned off (green buttons on left of timeline)or maybe they have been muted,
or ONE track with next to nothing on it has been soloed?
those controls are also on the panel on the left of the timeline,
hidden by default, revealed via the tiny speaker icon bottom left of TL -
Sorry, thought I had already replied. I rebooted Mac and that did it. Restarting FCP 7 did not help. I thought there was something seriously wrong because I tried loading another project and it was the same.
