  BMD Mini Monitor

  Hi,

  When I want to use my BMD Mini Monitor with FCP 7, the I get a lot of external view options for the Monitor inside FCP (see image), but not 1080p 25fps. How come? How can I make this option available?

  you might be able to go into your A/V settings in FCP,
  duplicate an existing BM pre-set and edit it to your liking.

  or just use a 50i setting.

  1080p25 is broadcasted and streamed as interlaced; what is call PSF.
  As Nick wrote, the 1080i50 is your option.
  1080i25 if you had an AJA instead of a BM.
