How to organize the best scenes of each project to create a global video
Help please!
Hello,
I’m doing several videos of different sports. I have several project with the best scenes from each sport.
Now I wanted to make a general video of all sports, based on the best scenes of each project.
How can I get these clips without having to spend the day making scrolling in events and in different project?Thanks

FCPX 10.0what I’m doing now (and is terrible!) is to copy the clip’s project of a sport and paste (the relevant stuff) in the global project.
This should not be the best way. It will take years! -
I’m not an expert in FCPX, but as I understand it, you keep all the AV assets in a folder called an “Event”. Then you have a step where you add metadata tags to all your clips before you really start to edit (if you want to stay organized and use the search functions efficiently).
Can’t you just tag all the clips you like on the timeline with one extra term, and then create a new project file where you import only those files from the Event folder?

I didn´t any tag at the time of import or at any other time.
What I have are the clips selected in the various projects. These clips, many of them are edited (color, light, stabilization, etc.).
If I get these clips from the event folder they will not be edited, but in raw … So I wanted to get these clips (the edited ones) from the various projects so I dont have to edit again. -
Then I guess you have to render them out to self-contained MOV’s first and put them in a new Event.
