  Taking a single pixel color and apply it to a new sold

  Basically I want to take the color of a single pixel on one layer and have it create an entire layer with that same color. Here is how I

  Would this Cow tutorial be what you’re looking for? Not sure as I’ve not used this myself, just watched the tutorial but awhile ago..
