  30 fps or 29.97fps

  I got my start in video so I’ve always set my composition frame rate to 29.97 (unless I’m creating an effected look). But now that I’m creating more and more content for the web that does not contain video, should I be using 30fps, or does it even matter since my .mov renders are converted to 15fps .flv files?

  No, it doesn’t matter.
