  GoPro Edit strategy

  I have a very short turn around on a job shot entirely on gopro. I’ve only just started on FCPX and I’m way too slow atm, but I can cut just fine on FCP7. Problem is I think the only fisheye corrector is from crumple pop and that only works on FCPX.

  Was wondering, could I use this workflow:

  Cut and finish, except for grade &transitions in FCP7
  Export cut as prores seq
  Import into FCPX
  re-establish all the edit points
  Then use Fisheye fixer on each bit of the cut I need
  Export as prores seq
  Import back into FCP7 for grade in magic bullet

  What do you think? Would this be stupid? Any suggestions would be great.
