  Clips displaying in Black and White in FCP

  Hi

  Been using FCP 7.0.3 for years. Starting a new, old project. Shot on 16mm transferred to Beta – component, with burn in window. 23 film reels. The reels are in color. The reels display in color in Quicktime. However, when transferred to FCP, the first seven reels playback out of the timeline and canvas as Black and white. Checked my settings on sequence and canvas. All 23 clips have the same compressor and settings. Tried what I know. Kind of at a loss. Especially since everything looks good in QT.

  Open to any suggestions. Thanks!

  I did drag them into FCP, so I might try to retransfer one of the files as a test
