  Creating Vintage Film

  I have created a vintage film look (using CGM Aged Film LE plugin) following a tutorial on Creative Cow; however, the tutorial didn’t cover how to add the “stuttering text” effect, i.e. opaque text randomly appearing in short bursts, etc. that is so often seen in vintage clips.

  Can this be accomplished in FCP, or is there a tutorial out there to do so?
