  Audio Tracks for 3 and 4 Missing in Log and Capture

  I’m working with files from a Canon DSLR camera and I am transcoding the files to work in FCP7. If I play the files from the file structure from the client, I can hear the audio from tracks 3 and 4 but when I get ready to transcode in the transcode window I only see audio tracks 1 and 2, not all four, to transcode to apple pro res files. Do you have any idea what I maybe doing wrong or how I can change this so that I can transcode all four tracks?
