  Final Cut express Changing the resolution

  Hey! So I have been using Final Cut Express for a while, and i just got a new camera (canon eos t3i) for my videos. But for some reason when i put my footage from the browser/viewer to the canvas/timeline the resolution drops a tun! Iv tried to look up ways to fix this but i can’t seem to find anything. If anyone could help me with this i would be EXTRAORDINARILY THANKFUL!!!

  Fc express doesn’t support editing h.264 files so in your case, you need to transfer your footage to the AIC codec. Then edit from tho files. Or buy FCP X. (Better solution for sure)
