  Title render problem

  Hi guys,

  I have been using FCP for around 2 years now and have only recenly come across a problem with titles.

  The footage contrast changes when I add titles to the track above the video one. The footage gets darker for the duration of the titles and then reverts back lighter once the title has ended.

  Does anyone know why this would be happening? Could it be a setup parameter conflict?

  What format is your footage?

  And what are the sequence settings. Trouble shooting is impossible without the basic info.
