  dv pal to web sequence settings

  Hi there

  I’ve got some dv pal anamorphic footage that I need to cut together for a website. It’s going to be mixed with some stills, text and graphics created in after effects. I find that dv pal makes text and graphics look horrible. What sequence settings would you suggest for the best looking output?

  ProRes422. DV is lower field so FCP should automatically apply the shift fields filter. As the content is for the web, you might want to consider deinterlacing this footage and using a progressive sequence.
