Working on an SD project. Footage was captured in it’s native format (DV/DVCPRO NTSC). When I insert a clip into the sequence and slow it down to say 35 percent, the clip looks like it’s stuttering after its rendered. It looks fine BEFORE render however.

How can I get tis stuttering to stop?

Set the speed in FCP, then send the file to Motion. Open the timeing pane, and select “optical flow” for the render… render and save.

It should look better with anything where there is no panning involved.
