  Red Epic workflow for FCP = Log and transfer or Red CIne?

  Converting the files to pro res lt for my offline edit which then I will reconnect in red cine for the higher res files so I can color grade. So my question is do you color correcting in FCP and after your edit is done, take your time line and edit in Red Cine?

  Also do I convert the files to Pro Res Lt in red cine or use log and capture in FCP? When I do it in Red Cine I can make it 1920×1080 but Log and Capture uses the full res which I do not want as I will be editing in 1920×1080. Is there a way to reframe in log and capture? If not when I bring the clips in my timeline I have to render.
