  Audio Mixing Tools

  I’ve just received a voice over record from the studio and one of the acting parts has too much presence in the voice and I want it to sound further away from the microphone how could I fix this using audio mixing tools in final cut pro?

  Try lowering the volume and adding a little bit of Reverberation or AU Delay filter. It can also help to reduce the amount of the lower frequencies (EQ) to add to the distance effect.
