  Exporting to .FLV in FCP…anyone try the Flash Pro free trial?

  Hi guys,

  Sorry if I’m repeating information here but I’ve looked around the forums and couldn’t find an answer.

  Simple enough, I’m trying to export a project to .FLV but I am unable to. The only options seem to be getting Flash Pro for $$ or a $22 dl that others have talked about but don’t really like. Is there a better option for me, and has anyone tried the free Flash Pro trial period to export to FLV and did it work? Some have stated they did the free trial but we unable to use that part of it.

  Export h264 and change the .mov to .flv. Seriously. Now if you’re talking .swf that’s a completely different story.

  Bret, does that really work? It just seems like to easy a fix for all these threads and posts to be asking about how to do it when all it is, is erasing and typing in a new name.

  Btw, I tried it and it does rename it but I’m not sure if it will work for my website designer.
