  FILM Promo Workflow Help !!!!

  Hi,

  My friends have shot this promo on 35mm film. Now they want to insert some graphics , in the edited promo… which I will do in After Effects. Then they want to do the final onlining in Smoke.

  Can someone please suggest me a workflow, as to how to go about this…so that that I can give the Smoke guys, the final files like…TARGA or DPX…and they just have to color correct it…??

  What file format do i need to work on AFX… And the film has already been edited on Avid Media Composer…so its 720 * 576 now…not 2K anymore…

  Doesn’t matter what we think here.
  Call your film lab and find out what they want from you.
  Exactly. Get it in writing.
