  Audio in FCPx

  I am shooting video on a Canon XF 100 and when I import using Aunsoft video convertor I don’t get both audio channels in FCPx just channel 1 – how can i view and hear both audio channels – I can hear them on the camera play back so I know they are definitely there – can anyone help please (I am not very technical either)

  Never use the Aunsoft converter for anything you intend to edit. It isn’t right for the job. Tons of people post here with issues with it.

  FCP 7 works with this camera via Log and Transfer after you install the Canon XF Log and Transfer plugin. Not sure what FCX does about it. If you want to know that, you need to ask the people in the FCX forum…
