  IS there a way to blur out faces or parts of a video.

  Ive seen in other editing software the ability to blur out a face or a license plate in a video clip. Can someone advise me or show me where I can go to find this out. Is there a tutorial or video somewhere on the web?

  Andy’s Region Blur. I use this as my main tool for blurring, which I do a LOT of. Faces, plates, logos on buildings. Easy and fast…oh, and FREE!
