  Problems with cross fading still pictures in photo jpeg

  Hi,I´m working in a video animating photographs. When put I simple fade to a photograph (before checking the sequence settings, scale the photograph, rendering in BEST) , the fade brakes the img. I try motion, compressor but nothing happens… I toast a dvd and every time that a fade appears it looks like waves.
  How can I solve it?
