  making macbook pro happy

  Quick question:
  Looking to purchase adobe creative suite (will mainly be using pro and ae) and install on my macbook pro (2 GB/2.4 GHz) (i also have lacie external drive) and wondering if there are any other upgrades i might need to do make me and my macbook happy…

  More RAM might make CS3 happier, but other than that I think you’re fine.

  If you’re having AE source files from the external hard-drive, make sure you have the fastest connection…firewire 800 rather than USB.2 basically.
