    im just thinking of going to a 64 Bit version of Windows XP. we do a ton of maya rendering and a ton AE work. with the 64 bit version you can use as much ram as you hook to the mother board. I want to know if there are any 64 bit users out there that have run into any problems with a set up like this.

    Just started Running it and I have had no issues

    AMD 6000+ Dual Core 4 gigs of ram

    Running a quadcore and 8GB’s of Ram. No Problem here.
    Only some Driver-issues with old hardware.
    After Effects can only use 4GB Ram in XP64, but this way you can continue working in other programs. I think Nucleo Pro (if you have it) can adress all Ram for renderings.
