  Flix Pro Video Dimension Problem

  I have a PAL 16:9 clip exported out of Final Cut Pro. It needs to be converted to .flv format.

  No matter what settings I used in Flix Pro’s video window for ‘Output video dimensions’ the output is always squeezed back into an approximate 4:3 aspect. (Available Flix Pro adjustments are : Use Source Dimensions on/off, No constraints on/off, Maintain source aspect ratios on/off)

  What am I missing? I can’t find any other settings to adjust.

  That your 720×576 pixels are PAL Anamorphic, and what you need to display that properly in a web are Square pixels.
  Rescale that to 1024×576. Deinterlace before.
