Just a comment on this- it drives me mental when clients have that, its like “you can’t work with video and have an attitude of ‘oh yeah, please just send us a yousendit of 50mb for an HD 3 hour clip’ OR ‘please keep it less than 100MB because we don’t have space’ etc. Some people need to wake up to 2011.
Anyway yeah, 200Kbps would come out quite blocky for that sort of footage- the data simply isnt there. I would suggest negotiating a better option with the client 🙂 (and telling them if they want video work done they need to step up a few years!) …sorry, ranting again… 😀
