  footage jerks before cuts

  Ok so I’m edting some hd footage from a 7d 1920 and everthing was working fine for a while but now for some reason when i make a cut to a different clip it jerks right before it cuts! This is really frustarating and I haven’t found any soulutions online please help!!!!

  Thats what happens when you cut stuff not supported by FCP.
  Transcode to Prores.
