  DR-HD100 720p will not work in Lion

  Good Morning,

  Since upgrading to lion any footage recorded onto my Focus DR-HD100 will not play, it comes with an corruption error message. the footage will play on my laptop that does not run lion. Also if i transfer a file from the HD100 to a lion machine and then transfer that file from the Lion Machine onto a older OS machine it will not work as it has become corrupted. I have been on the Apple web site and had no joy, Does anyone know any solutions.

  I had this problem on Snow Leopard when Quicktime 7 upgraded from v7.6 to v7.7. Nothing from my DR HD100 would play.

  Unfortunately you cannot reverse the upgrade Quicktime is part of the whole OS. Solution was a complete system re-install and not let Quicktime upgrade past 7.6.
