  Final Cut Pro 7.0.3 problems importing 12fps movies

  I open an Image Sequence in QuickTime Pro 7 and save it as a movie at 12 fps.

  I import that movie into Final Cut Pro 7.0.3 in a sequence with timebase of 24fps.
  Problem : the first frame of the movie appears only on one frame instead of two, and the last frame appears on three frames instead of two.

  Anyone else seeing this problem?

  My work around is to make a 1 frame Freeze Frame of the first frame and add it at the head of the movie and then delete the third copy of the final frame. It’s a tiresome work around though because I’m making animated films and have hundreds of these clips to bring in to Final Cut.
