  What are the Lowest Possible Export (Compression) Settings??

  I want to export as quickly as possible. Video Quality is not an issue at the moment, I just want to export my full HD timeline into a quicktime file as quickly as possible so I can log the footage. WHat compression settings should I use to do so?

  Are you just viewing it on your comp?
  What do you mean by “log” the footage?

  File ~ Export – bam! Done in 2 sec.

  Export using “Current Settings”.
