  Kona Capture Card/Xena BreakoutBox LHi – Won’t capture audio via HDMI cord

  I have FCP 7.0.3, using the Sony Z7U Camera, trying to capture my HD footage onto FCP via HDMI – It captures the video but not the audio, does anyone have any suggestions?

  Based on the explanation you provided, it might be as simple as making certain the audio selection in the Input tab is configured for HDMI, not just the video selection.
