Compressor: opening multiple windows?
After installing Lion and reinstalling Final Cut Studio 3 I have started to have this annoying problem. Whenever I send a project to Compressor I have 6 or 7 compressor project windows pop up. It seems that it is opening a window for every project I have ever sent to compressor. It never did this before and it is pretty annoying. Anybody know what causes this or how I can get it to stop? Thanks for any help.
Now that I think about it, (unrelated to Final Cut) preview will also do this when I open a .pdf file. It will open 3-4 older .pdf files that I had viewed before all at the same time.

That’s some feature of Lion I’ve to put up to for sometime now. The only solution I could came up with is close (command w) any document in any program before quitting it. This way next time you open application there are no previous projects/files popping up.
