  Convert Spreadsheet to .stl file

  Hi All.

  Bit off topic FCP-wise, and I did look for this question being answered before but not much joy.

  Since an .stl file is so simple… and I have simple translation/subtitle csvs, of the format

  01:10,01:30,This is my text

  How do I convert this to…

  00:01:10:00 , 00:01:20:00 , this is my text

  Any ideas? Surely other people need this too?

  Your best bet would be to make the timecode correct within the spreadsheet, using the concatenate function, most likely. Then, you could export a csv, open it in a text editor, and, do a find and replace to add any consistent spaces or symbols.
