  What Is Best Motion Graphics Output For My Timeline?

  I am currently working in an Apple Pro-Res 422 sequence, using DV footage and quite a lot of motion graphics. I have heard various reports that I should output my motion graphics as a JPEG sequence, and then convert it using Quicktime to a Quicktime-Photo movie. But then I also hear I should just output it to what my sequence settings are, which is Apple Pro-Res 422. I have been searching for the answer, and maybe I just missed it on these forums. In any case, does anyone know the answer to this? Which brings the highest quality?

  Just match the sequence settings. After all, no matter what you put in it, the sequence will compress to it in the end… nothing wrong with ProRes 422 either…
