  Converting 30fps to 29.97 video, need to match audio recorded

  I am working on a project where the filmmakers converted the footage to cut with to Apple Pro Res 422 and meant to convert to 29.97. About half was actually converted to 29.97 and some stayed at 30 without them realizing it until later. So now there are scenes cut that include both. We’d like to reconvert the footage so that everything is 29.97, but it now does not match up with the recorded audio (recorded separately and synced). Is there a quick work around for this since many scenes have been cut?
