  Joining indivdual frames together

  Hey. First time poster here =D

  I have a few hundred png’s that are individual frames for a movie and i want to put them into after effects and join them together and then edit the clip. whats would be the best way to do this. The reason they are .png is because the background is transparent and i am hoping to motion track it and add a background in later on.

  If they are sequentially numbered, you can just use file>import, select the first image, and check “PNG sequence” or whatever. AE will import the sequence as a movie.
