  Best setting for titles?

  Hi there,

  I’ve just completed a music video and need to add lower third titles. When I rendered them and watched them back, they looked awful – very ‘blocky’. Can anyone suggest a good workflow and format for titles? Should I create them in Motion 4 and export as animation, then import into FCP?

  Chris are you using the included Boris 3d Titler?

  No, I’m just using the regular text tool from the drop down. Your question as to the sequence settings is a good one – I’m using someone else’s Macbook Pro and I need to check the settings since I took over the edit – thanks for reminding me!

  use the boris 3d titler….the apple one is awful.
