  Convert WMV files to QT for editing in FCP 7

  Hi

  I have got two raw footage in wmv format and I am supposed to edit it in FCP. FCP doesn’t import this format. How should I convert this footage into QT without changing the frame rate and losing quality?

  First off, RAW??? I don’t think so. What camera shoots .WMV files?

  This is a Heavily Compressed Delivery codec. Not acquisition and not editing.

  At any rate:

  Plug-in for Quicktime Pro (Flip4Mac) will let you open the files in QT7 and export to another format.
