  Identifying the transition

  I have recently seen a transition in an online video for ICTJ which I really like. I have tried to replicate it but to no avail.

  It appears here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHeecxifBvs&feature=player_embedded – there is an example at 0:34 but it appears throughout the video.

  Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

  Looks like a dissolve to me, only it is relatively fast and applied together with the sudden zoom of one or both of the sources…

  Thanks Patrice – what I’m really trying to work out is how the image “echo” effect is created. I’ve tried a bunch of filters applied as a motion but have had no luck.
