Hi everyone. I’m new to XDCAM formats and have used FCP for 10+ years. I recently received a drive with the BPAV folder containing the footage I need to edit in FCP.

I’ve found the XDCAM EX Log and Transfer plugin (v1.2), but when I’m trying load this onto my computer, (during the “set the destination folder” option), it doesn’t allow me to select my main drive. It states that it needs to have FCP 6.03 or higher. I have FCP 7.

Anybody know how I can move forward on this?

    Thank you!

I didn’t work with such stuff for quite a period, though I checked my version of XDcam transfer and mine is ver. 2.7 You seem to have outdated software. Check with sony for the latest one.
