  • Problems exporting multiclip sequence using Compressor

I’m trying to export a 1hr20min multiclip sequence using Compressor, but the progress bar in Compressor doesn’t even begin and I don’t get an estimated time.

I’ve only got two angles from cameras both shooting DVCPro50 at 29.97fps for 740 x 480. I have four audio channels and have added a few lower thirds, then rendered the audio and the video. Pretty straight forward.

I’ve edited half a dozen multiclip sequences in the past, and exported them all using Compressor. The Compressor settings I use are H.264 LAN, H.264 800Kbps and H.264 300Kbps for Quicktime 7.

I’m on a deadline, so I’ve decided to export using Quicktime Conversion for this time (that’s working), but I’d like to know why I can’t export using Compressor. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Claude
