  fcp7 to website showreel video

  Hello,

  I have a 2 minute video reel with mainly XDcamEX footage from an EX3 but also DV format from Z7, stills and material ripped from pre-recorded DVD’s from which I no longer have access to rushes. What are the best export settings to export from fcp7 to use on my website so it will a) be the best quality but b) will play on any computer even with a low internet connection speed….
